Deliveries and returns.

1. What does your packaging look like?

At Barney’s Farm, we do our best to ensure that your delivery is as safe as possible so that your products arrive in good condition.

Our packaging is neutral and does not contain any indication of its content. No purchase order is included for shipments within the European Union.

2. Can I track my delivery online?

Yes, you will receive a confirmation email and tracking information from our courier service as soon as the products have been dispatched. This tracking will be visible online.

You can track the delivery of your order quickly and easily. All you have to do is enter your order number and your email address. https://www.barneysfarm.fr/track

3. Do you ship to my country?

Barney’s Farm is proud to offer a worldwide delivery service. However, some countries are excluded due to their applicable laws. We cannot deliver products to: USA, China, Malaysia, Australia and Canada.

If you have any doubts, contact us by email or phone, and we can determine if your country is eligible.

4. What are the delivery costs?

All delivery costs are calculated during order processing. These costs depend on the amount of the order and the country where your products are sent.

5. Do you ship to the United States?

Barney’s does not deliver products to the United States.

6. What are the delivery times?

Delivery times depend on the destination of your package. We estimate a delay while processing your order and provide you with an approximate estimate based on your region. A unique tracking code applicable after sending your package allows you to track your delivery.

7. Can I change my products?

All products can be exchanged provided they are returned in their original packaging intact.

8. What happens if my order is damaged during transport?

It may exceptionally happen that your package is damaged during transport. If your products arrive in an unsatisfactory condition, contact us within one week of receipt of the package.

We will need a written description of the damage suffered, along with a photo; We will then contact you to resolve the issue.

Please note that all returns of damaged products must be approved by the Barney’s Farm team. All products returned without our prior consent will not be replaced.

9. What happens if part or all of my order was lost in transit?

We ship all orders in discreet, unmarked packages. We charge the minimum shipping rate taking all the guarantees that your products arrive quickly and in good condition. In the unlikely event that you do not receive your order in good condition, our delivery tracking options include insurance on the value of the products shipped (not including delivery costs). However, we will need photographic evidence before crediting your account with an amount equivalent to the total value of your products.

10. My parcel did not arrive on the expected date?

If your package has not arrived on the expected date, contact our delivery service. Check your delivery confirmation email to find out if there are any risks of delays.

Please note that Saturday and Sunday are not considered working days.

11. Is it possible to have delivery in general delivery?

For the sake of confidentiality and discretion, we only ship to personal addresses.

12. What is your delivery time?

The Barney’s Farm team strives, where possible, to deliver within 24 hours of placing the order. We pack and send our parcels from Monday to Friday (not including the public holidays of each country). We will keep you informed by email of the processing of your order. If your order displays a “Late” status, it may be a problem with the availability of the product or with the information you have given us. We will contact you to resolve the issue.

13. Can my order be returned to another address?

We only deliver to the address you provide us. Once the order has been placed, we cannot modify it.

When ordering, check that all information is correct. Barney’s Farm cannot be held responsible for any additional charges for redelivery or non-delivery.

14. What happens if I am absent during delivery?

The postal services will try several times to deliver to you. In some cases, they will drop off your package at a local fulfillment center. If you do not collect it within the time allowed, it will be sent back to us.

We will contact you if this is the case.

15. Can my package be checked by customs?

We do our best to ensure that your package is as discreet as possible. But Customs may check its content.

Although Barneys Farm has the right to send its products to your country, we are unable to advise you of the legal status of our products in your country.
