HEMP OIL FOR THE SKIN
Our pharmacist’s opinion: hemp vegetable oil has anti-aging, regenerating and antioxidant properties. It is therefore very popular with mature skin but also with irritated or sensitive skin, which it nourishes and soothes. Firming, moisturizing and softening, this oil also allows your skin to maintain its elasticity while preventing it from drying out. Besides being an ally for your skin, hemp oil also strengthens brittle nails. Its fairly dry texture and rapid penetration make it an ideal choice for massages or cosmetics with a non-greasy touch.
Regenerating massage oil for very dry skin:
prepare a body oil based on 40 ml of hemp oil, 20 ml ofBlack seed oil
20 ml ofavocado oil
(or from borage
), 20 ml of wheat germ oil, 20 drops oftrue lavender essential oil
20 drops ofrosewood essential oil
and 10 drops of vitamin E. Massage the body in the evening, after bathing or showering. Oilier and more nourishing than the massage oil above, it deeply nourishes dry skin and leaves a feeling of suppleness and comfort.
