Why can’t we pay by credit card?

Credit card companies calculate a high commission for each order paid by credit card. This amount must be paid by the online store. The commission they charge is around 10% of the total order amount. This amount will eventually be paid by the customer (you). We think the commission is way too high. Most countries can make an international bank transfer at a lower cost.

In addition to the above reason, online stores have to deal with fraud since most of the fraudulent orders are made by credit card. These orders are paid for using stolen credit cards and the stores will send their products but never get paid by the credit card companies or even worse the stores will be fined. We prefer not to bear these costs.

As we don’t use credit cards we keep our costs low and are the cheapest Headshop in the UK!

All our orders will be dispatched within 24 hours maximum after receipt of payment;
After the package is shipped, we provide you with the tracking number to follow the movement of the package;

Returns and Replacements

In the unlikely event that you receive the wrong product or the shipment does not meet your expectations, please simply let us know so we can arrange an exchange. This will be processed as soon as we have received and verified the incorrect product. Due to the nature of the business, once your order has left our facilities you will not be eligible for a refund or return, so please keep in mind that all sales are FINAL. You have from the time of purchase to the time of shipment to cancel or modify your order. A 10% surcharge will apply to any cancellation.

You can simply track your order directly from our website and get the relevant tracking information or log in to your favorite courier website and track the shipment, view your order status.You will also receive an email, once your package has been shipped, detailing the tracking information. (if optional). If you need help, do not hesitate to contact us. If you do not receive an email after the order process, please check your Junk Mail folder.

Guaranteed delivery (tracked orders only).

If by any chance your order has not arrived within 5 business days, you will be eligible for free reshipment (tracked orders only). However, if the product has been confiscated by customs, we will offer reshipment as we strive to send all orders 100% discreet. Please note that we do NOT offer a reship service to Norway, Sweden, Finland or Kuwait – Due to the higher rate of customs confiscations, you order from these countries at your own risk.

NB: for complicated products subject to restrictions according to the laws of each state;
